The Summer Table at Portal Bar

In July, Portal Bar will be in full bloom. Our mischievous younger sibling takes the spotlight, with offerings of all the best things we can imagine on a bright summer evening. The community table will be open for bookings, and the menu dominated by KRAV-approved veggies at their absolute peak, with accompaniments such as grilled langoustine, mussels or whole spring chicken.

We’ll fill glasses with bubbles and the coolers with refreshing beverages.

Excerpt from the menu for drop-ins and at the summer table:
– Escabeche on grilled herring with dried tomatoes and tarragon
– Blackened whole langoustine with chili and pickled lemon
– Swedish whole spring chicken with pickled zucchini, head lettuce and almond salsa
Wrångebäck cheese and Brillat Savarin with accoutrements
– Wild strawberry ice cream with Italian meringue and lemon verbena
